No Bake Protein Bars

🧂 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups
old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup
peanut butter, or your favorite nut butter
(or a combo of both)
1 ripe
banana, mashed
1/3 cup
honey, agave, or real maple syrup
1/2 cup
ground flaxseed or chia seeds
1 cup
protein powder of choice
(I like Optimum Nutrition's Vanilla Ice Cream flavor 100%Whey Protein)
2 tsp
vanilla extract
3/4 cup
mix-in options: chopped dates, chopped apricots, chopped craisins, mini chocolate chips, sweetened or unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, etc.
Pinch of salt

Place your FORTEEZ Mini Loaf Tray (or Tray or Mold of choice) on Perforated
Baking Sheet and set aside.

In your Stainless Mixing Bowl, mix all ingredients with a Heat-Resistant Spatula
until well combined. The mixture should be fairly soft and not dry and crumbly.
If needed, add a splash of water or milk or an extra drizzle of honey to achieve
the desired consistency.

Portion the mixture into the wells of the Tray and press down firmly.

Freeze for a few hours or overnight. Since the mixture is soft, it doesn’t
freeze all the way and still stays chewy.

Unmold the bars from the Tray and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2
weeks. Or freeze them in an airtight container.
