Yoghurt

Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside till lukewarm.

Add the starter yoghurt to the milk and mix well. Keep aside to set in a warm
place for 6 - 8 hours.

Once set, refrigerate to chill. Serve cold as an accompaniment with any meal
