Easy Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Homemade Strawberry Vinaigrette

Instructions

1 Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2 Refrigerate until ready to use.
3 Rinse and drain your spinach and romaine lettuce and toss into a large glass
bowl.
4 Cut the tops of your strawberries and slice them long wise. Thinly slice the red
onion and chop the mint leaves.
5 Add in chopped mint leaves, pecans, sliced onions and strawberries, desired
cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss until well combined. Drizzle the
homemade strawberry vinaigrette over the top of the salad.
6 Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
7 When ready to serve drizzle the homemade strawberry vinaigrette over the top of
the salad.
