Hot Caprese Dip

Hot Caprese Dip is an easy to make delicious appetizer with only four necessary
ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, basil and cooking spray.

🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour the Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes into a
strainer. Shake until liquid comes out of the bottom.
2 Cut the mozzarella into 1 inch cubes.
3 Put the tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon basil paste OR 1
tablespoon fresh chopped basil to the tomatoes.
4 Mix the mozzarella in with the tomatoes and basil. Stir gently with a large
spatula until all the ingredients are combined.
5 Pour the tomato mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM
Cooking Spray.
6 Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Pull the dish out and mix the dip.
Bake for 15 minutes.
7 Serve alongside warm bread or your favorite cracker. Enjoy!
