Eggnog White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

🧂 Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 1/4 cups white sugar
• 3/4 cup butter

  softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup eggnog

  full fat
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 300º F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
• 2 In small bowl combine together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
  and nutmeg. I like to use a whisk to ensure ingredients are well combined.
• 3 In mixing bowl with paddle attachment, beat together sugar and butter until
  fluffy.
• 4 Add eggs and mix until combined.
• 5 Add vanilla and eggnog, mix until well combined.
• 6 Turn mixer to low speed and gradually add in dry ingredients. Mix only until
  combined.
• 7 Add white chocolate chips and cranberries, blend just until combined. Don't
  overmix!
• 8 Using small cookie scoop, drop cookies onto parchment line baking sheet 1 inch
  apart.
• 9 Bake 300ºF for 16-18 minutes until edges are golden brown.
