Dutch Apple Pie

Pie dough:
1 1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 cup
unsalted butter
chilled and cubed
1/4 cup
cold water
Pie Filling:

granny smith apples
peeled, cored and sliced

MacIntosh apples
peeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1/2 cup
granulated sugar
1/4 cup
brown sugar
3 tablespoons
flour
1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
allspice
Streusel Topping:
3/4 cup
flour
1/4 cup
granulated sugar
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1/3 cup
unsalted butter

Instructions

In a large bowl combine flout and salt. Cut in butter into flour.

Add water a tablespoon at a time until dough can be formed in a ball.

Wrap in plastic and chill overnight. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie dish.

In a large bowl combine apples and lemon juice.

In a small bowl combine sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Toss with
apples until fully coated.

Add apple mixture into prepared pie crust.

In a medium bowl combine flour, sugars, and unsalted butter. Sprinkle over
apples.

Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
