Instructions

1 Melt butter in a dutch oven or large saucepan.
2 Add onion & celery. Saute until tender, 5 -10 minutes.
3 Add flour, mix continuously until flour is a peanut butter colored paste. Do not
stop mixing mixture & do not let it burn.
4 Add chicken broth, stir, and bring to a light boil.
5 Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
6 Strain completely.
7 Add peanut butter, celery salt, salt and lemon juice.
8 Stir over low heat until combined.
9 Serve, sprinkle peanuts over soup and enjoy.
