tomato juice
1 pint
chicken stock
1 tsp
mixed herbs
2 oz
cooked rice
8 oz
cooked chicken
shredded

Instructions

Bring tomato juice, stock and herbs to the boil. Reduce heat.

Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
