Instructions

1 Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package or al dente. Drain and set aside.
2 Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
3 Once the butter melts, saute chopped garlic until fragrant. Add anchovies and
saute for a few seconds.
4 Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the capers, dried
chili/flakes, and olives. Stir/cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
5 Add the spaghetti pasta and toss with sauce until all strands are coated. Taste
and season with salt if needed.
6 Transfer in a plate and serve with baguette. Bon Appetit!
