🧂 Ingredients

4-5 Shallots

thinly sliced
½ Cup water
⅓ Cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

1 Stir the water, vinegar, sugar and salt together in a small saucepan over medium
heat.
2 Add the sliced shallots to a jar. Pour the liquid over the shallots and let them
sit for 20 minutes before using.
