1.5 oz Mezcal

(Del Maguey vido or Mezcal Banhez)
1.5 oz Amaro

(e.g. Montenegro or an alternative like Nonino or Cynar)
2-3 drops bitters

(chocolate or orange)

Instructions

1 Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
2 Stir for 20-25 seconds until the drink is well-chilled.
3 Strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
4 Garnish with an orange peel.
