Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bars

These are the best peanut butter bars of all time! They are so easy to make and
will instantly bring back some school day memories. The soft peanut butter bar
topped with milk chocolate is sure to be a hit.

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups smashed up graham crackers – no clumps!
2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
4 TBSP peanut butter

Instructions

1 To make the Peanut Butter Base. Melt the Butter and Peanut Butter in a
microwaveable bowl for 90 seconds. Mix well.
2 Combine the Graham crackers and the powdered sugar in a separate bowl – mix
well.
3 Add the Butter mixture to the cracker and sugar mixture. Mix well.
4 Spread Peanut Butter Base in a 9×9 pan.
5 To make the Chocolate Topping. Combine the chocolate chips and 4 TBSP of peanut
butter in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, mix well, microwave
for 30 seconds, mix well. Continue until the chocolate and peanut butter
mixture is smooth.
6 Pour chocolate over the peanut butter base.
7 Refrigerate until chocolate is hard and set.
8 Cut into squares and enjoy!
