3 ounces of Keebler Ready Crust Chocolate Pie Crust

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add Keebler Ready Pie Crust in a 9-inch spring
form pan. Press slightly with a measuring cup to even out the crust.
2 In a stand or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, pure vanilla extract, and lemon juice and mix
until combined.
3 Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly. Place in preheated oven
and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before adding
topping.
4 For The Chocolate Glaze: Melt the chocolate over low heat in a small pan,
stirring constantly. Once the chocolate is melted, add the whipping cream and
mix until combined.

Pour the glaze over the cooled cheesecake, and let cool before serving, chilled
or at room temperature.
