unsalted

1/4 cup heavy cream or milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt [Kosher salt]

1/2 cup coconut

toast, if desired

1 cup pecans

chopped (toast, if desired)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon lemon extract or 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
