sweet apple (Honeycrisp is a great choice), cut into chunks with the skin on

ripe banana

scoop vanilla protein powder
I recommend Sunwarrior brand
1 Tbsp
chia seeds
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
maple syrup

Prepare the Ingredients:Ā Start by washing and cutting the apple into chunks.
Thereās no need to peel it, as the skin contains valuable nutrients and adds
extra fiber to the smoothie. Peel and slice the banana as well.

Blend:Ā Add all the ingredientsāoat milk, ice cubes, apple chunks, banana,
vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple
syrup (if using)āto a high-speed blender.

Blend Until Smooth:Ā Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Depending on your blender, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides to
ensure everything is well combined.

Serve:Ā Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy immediately. You can garnish
with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of apple for an extra touch of fall
flair.
