🧂 Ingredients

4 potatoes

boiled
1/2 cup whole masoor dal (whole red lentil)

boiled
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 small bunch coriander leaves

chopped
1/4 tsp salt

to taste

Instructions

1 Mash the boiled potatoes
2 Add the boiled whole masoor dal and all the spices. Mix well together.
3 Combine into small patty size balls.
4 Use cornflour/roasted semolina flour to coat the patty.
5 Shallow fry on both sides, until ready.
6 Serve with date and tamarind chutney.
