Air Fryer Mummy Dogs

🧂 Ingredients

• 8 Hot dogs
• 1 package Crescent Roll Dough

  unrolled
• 16 candy eyes

  optional
• ½ teaspoon honey

  optional

Instructions

• 1 Preheat your air fryer to 350F for at least 3 minutes, or according to your
  manufacturers instructions.
• 2 Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
• 3 Use a pizza cutter to cut a single triangle into long, thin strips.
• 4 Wrap the strips in a "mummy" style pattern around the hot dog. Leave a space for
  the eyes. Repeat, using 1 triangle of cut dough per hot dog, until all of the
  hot dogs have been wrapped.
• 5 Cook your hot dogs in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes, or until the crescent roll
  dough is golden and puffy, and the hot dog is warmed throughout. If you have a
  small air fryer, you will need to work in batches. Refrigerate the wrapped hot
  dogs in between batches.
• 6 Remove the mummy dogs from the air fryer using a pair of tongs.
• 7 If using the candy eyes, dot the back of the candy eye with a small bit of honey
  and wedge into the space left for the eyes. See the "notes" section for

• 8 Cool for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
