1 cup Pineapple juice
½ cup Blue Curaçao liqueur
½ cup White rum
½ cup Cream of coconut
3-4 cups Crushed ice
Light corn syrup

Instructions

1 Start with rimming the glasses. Pour a thin layer of light corn syrup onto a
shallow plate. Place the sweetened coconut flakes on another shallow plate. Then
dip the rim of each cocktail glass into the corn syrup, then into the coconut
flakes to coat. Set the glasses aside.
2 In a blender, add 3-4 cups of crushed ice. Pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2
cup of Blue Curaçao liqueur, 1/2 cup of light rum, and 1/2 cup of cream of
coconut. Blend the whole mixture until smooth and slushy.
3 Pour the blended cocktail into the prepared glasses. Garnish with additional
coconut flakes or a pineapple wedge if desired.
