M&M Cake Mix Cookies

🧂 Ingredients

• 15.25 oz. box butter recipe yellow cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup canola oil

  or use coconut oil or avocado oil
• 1/4 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour
• 2 cups M&M candies

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 In a large mixing bowl, pour cake mix.
• 3 Add flour, eggs and canola oil and stir until combined.
• 4 Stir in M&Ms.
• 5 Grease cookie sheets with cooking spray.
• 6 Roll mixture into balls and place on prepared cookie sheets.
• 7 Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until done.
• 8 Rotate cookie sheets on racks every 6-7 minutes while baking.
• 9 Cool completely.
