1 Grease a 12-ounce (or larger) mug with nonstick cooking spray or butter. Set
aside.
2 In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder,
granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Add the milk,
oil, and pure vanilla extract and continue mixing until fully combined.
3 Pour the batter into the prepared mug and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
4 Microwave and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, the center of the cake should be
just set. In my microwave (1100 watts) it takes about 75 seconds.
5 Meanwhile, set the oven to broil. Add large marshmallows to a baking pan. Watch
carefully and let broil for 5 to 7 seconds (or untiled nicely browned). Using a
spatula, flip the marshmallows over and cook for another 1 to 2 seconds.
6 Carefully remove from the mug from the microwave. Top with roasted marshmallows,
crushed graham crackers and chocolate bar pieces (or additional chocolate chips.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
