Crockpot Chicken Marsala Crockpot

This simple Crockpot Chicken Marsala recipe is made in the slow cooker inspired
by the Carabbas restaurant entree and traditional Italian dinner

Instructions

1 Season chicken with salt pepper and rosemary
2 Spray the slow cooker bowl
3 Put chicken, wine, garlic, olive oil, and ½ Cup chicken stock to the slow cooker
bowl . Cook on high for approximately 3 hours or low for 5 – 6.
4 Remove the chicken from the bowl after cooking time is almost complete
(approximately ¾ done)
5 Mix the slurry of 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 tbsp. water. Add to the slurry to the
liquid in the slow cooker bowl and stir. This will thicken the sauce.
6 Add the chicken back to the bowl, along with the sliced mushrooms.
7 Cook for the remaining ¼ of time.
8 Garnish with the green onions and serve.
