Bird’s Nest Cookies

Easy bird's nest cookies are a perfect Easter treat! With only three simple
ingredients, plus some candy eggs, you can throw these together with ingredients
you probably have at home!

🧂 Ingredients

12 oz SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

May use milk chocolate chips, melting chocolate, or go half and half on butterscotch chips.
12 OZ CHOW MEIN NOODLES

May use pretzel sticks, potato sticks, shredded coconut, or even quick oats.
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

May use peanut butter chips
1 BAG CADBURY OR OTHER CANDY EGGS

May use jelly beans or any candy Easter egg

Instructions

1 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring
between.
2 Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir until well mixed.
3 Add chow mein noodles to the chocolate-peanut butter mixture and stir until well
coated.
4 On a parchment-lined cookie sheet, drop rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet
to make the nests. Create a little indentation in the center of each nest.
5 You can also use a muffin tin lined with plastic wrap to create the bird's nest.
6 Place in the freezer until frozen – about 30 minutes.
7 Remove from the cookie sheet, add mini eggs to each bird's nest cookie, and
enjoy!
