🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat your oven to 160°C
2 Place the butter, cocoa, and sugar in a bowl and place the bowl over a
steaming/boiling pot
3 Let it melt until most of the sugar is soft and the rest is liquid, remove from
the double boiler
4 Stir in the Baileys and the dry ingredients
5 Add the eggs and mix with a hand mixer until smooth
6 Pour the batter in a small skillet that has been seasoned well or just butter it
7 Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes
8 Remove from the oven and let the brownie sink and take its final form for about
5 minutes
9 Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy while still hot!
