Nutella Peanut Butter Swirl Bars

🧂 Ingredients

• 3/4 cup brown sugar

  packed
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour

  (Bleached flour toughens baked goods)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  softened or partially melted (1 stick)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 tsp. sea salt
• 13-oz. Nutella

Instructions

• 1 Mix all ingredients, except Nutella, in a large mixing bowl with a whisk.
• 2 Spread into a greased 9x13” glass baking dish.
• 3 Soften Nutella in microwave until it is thin enough to drizzle over top of the
  blondies, probably between 15-30 seconds.
• 4 Dollop or drizzle the Nutella on top of the blondies.
• 5 Run a bamboo skewer through both layers in swirling patterns to marbleize.
• 6 Bake for 20-25 minutes.
• 7 Cool; cut into bars.
