Crock pot Baked Apples

Turn up the cozy fall vibes with these simple Crock Pot baked apples. Set it and

🧂 Ingredients

6 medium apples
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
1/3 cup chopped pecans
4 Tbsp cold butter cut into small pieces
ice cream for serving

Instructions

1 Cut off the top of each apple and remove the core using a small spoon or melon
baller.
2 In a small bowl combine 1 cup rolled oats, and next 5 ingredients (through
chopped pecans)
3 Using a pastry blender, cut cold butter into oats mixture until fully
incorporated and the mixture is crumbly in texture.
4 Stuff each apple with oats mixture. Set upright in a crockpot and cook on high
for 2 hours until apples are soft.
5 Serve immediately topped with ice cream.
