🧂 Ingredients

45 ml bourbon
15 ml St-Germain elderberry liqueur
2 ml peach bitters
1 orange peel

Instructions

1 Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
2 Shake with a bar spoon for 15 to 20 seconds
3 Pour through a fine sieve into an old fashioned glass over a giant ice cube
4 Drizzle an orange peel over the outside of the glass and serve
