Cranberry Bliss Bars (Starbucks Copycat)

Cranberry Bliss Bars

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 350F.
2 Using a mixer, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a
time; Beat until smooth.
3 In a separate bowl, mix flour with salt, ground ginger and baking powder. Add
dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
4 Add orange juice, chopped cranberries, orange zest and white chocolate chips.
Mix everything thoroughly.
5 Line a 9x13 baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough in a thin
layer (about ½ inch). Flatten with a spatula and place the baking sheet in the
oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
6 Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
7 Beat cream cheese with orange zest, lemon juice, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread over the cake and then sprinkle the chopped cranberries over the top.
8 Melt the white chocolate chips - microwave in 30-second increments, stirring
well between cooking (this will take 3-4 increments). Drizzle melted chocolate
over the cake and allow to harden for 10-15 minutes.
9 Cut the cake into 3 to 4 inch squares, then cut each square diagonally. Serve
immediately.
