🧂 Ingredients

1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon water
1 dash bitters

I like orange bitters
2 ounces Bourbon
Orange peel

garnish
Cinnamon stick

Instructions

1 Combine syrup, water, and bitters in a rocks glass and stir.
2 Add large ice cube, pour bourbon on top, garnish with orange peel and cinnamon
stick.
