🧂 Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 pint gold cherry tomatoes
2 containers bocconcini balls
40ish basil leaves
40 small skewers
balsamic glaze
kosher salt
black pepper
crostini, for serving

Instructions

1 Rinse the tomatoes and pat them dry.
2 Drain the bocconcini, rinse and pat them dry.
3 Thread a skewer in no particular order, tomato, bocconcini, basil leaf. Repeat
till you fill all the skewers.
4 Arrange the skewers on a serving platter in the shape of a wreath.
5 Serve up with the glaze, and grind fresh black pepper and salt on top.
