3 Bananas

you can try just 1
1 sheet Puff pastry
Hazelnut cream

Nutella, for example
1 Egg

for egg wash
Sugar

for sprinkling

Instructions

1 Using a small knife, carefully carve a shallow trench along the length of each
banana. Be careful not to cut all the way through!
2 Spoon hazelnut cream into the carved trench of each banana. Use a butter knife
or spatula to spread it evenly.
3 Take the puff pastry strips and wrap them around each banana, overlapping
slightly to create a spiral pattern. Remember, tuck the ends of the pastry under
the banana to secure them!
4 Place the wrapped bananas on the tray, leaving some space between them. Beat the
egg in a small bowl and brush the pastry with the egg wash using a pastry brush
and sprinkle a light layer of sugar over the tops for a sweet, crispy finish.
5 Bake the banana rolls in the oven at 392°F (200ºC) for 25 minutes, or until the
pastry is golden brown and crisp!
