🧂 Ingredients

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1 In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and melt.
2 Add sugar and heavy cream and stir well with a spatula.
3 Bring to a boil, then boil for 4 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally.
4 Turn off heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
5 Transfer to a container and allow to cool.
