1 First, gather the equipment, strawberries, and other ingredients.
2 Next, measure out 2 cups of cold water and 4 tsps of the Ball Fruit Fresh
Produce Protector. Mix the powder and water into a large glass mixing bowl, then
add in the strawberries.
3 Let the strawberries soak for about 5 minutes. Then, transfer the strawberries
to a spider strainer and rinse under cold water.
4 After rinsing, move the strawberries to another glass bowl lined with paper
towels. Dry off the strawberries as best you can with another paper towel or 2,
then let the berries sit to finish drying completely.
