Edible Chocolate Balloon Bowls

• 2 cups Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

• 1 To prepare, make sure that your balloons are clean and in good condition before
  blowing them up to your desired bowl size. You can spray the outside of the
  balloons with nonstick for easier removal after coating.
• 2 If you are going to be adding chopped candy, nuts or something else to the
  outside of the bowls, place them into a shallow bowl. Also, line a rimmed baking
  sheet with parchment paper.
• 3 Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the packaging (as overheating
  can ruin the texture of the chocolate for dipping). Allow the chocolate to cool
  for a few minutes to room temperature. While your chocolate is cooling you can
  carefully stir in other ingredients, such as chopped nuts, to give the bowls a
  cool looking texture.
• 4 Use a tablespoon to place dollops of melted chocolate on to the baking sheet
  where the coated balloons will go, leaving space between each dollop to create a
  flat bottom on the bowls.
• 5 Carefully dip the balloons into the melted chocolate, using a spoon if necessary
  to help coat the balloon evenly. Coat the balloons only as far up as you want
  the bowls to be tall.
  
  Before the chocolate cools, sprinkle or dip the ingredients for the outside
  decoration oven the chocolate.
• 6 Place the coated balloons onto parchment paper on top of the dollops you just
  made.
  
  Transfer the baking sheet to your refrigerator to set (this can take up to an
  hour).
• 7 When your chocolate is fully set you can take the baking sheet out of the
  refrigerator.
• 8 Pop the balloons very very slowly by cutting (use a toothpick) a tiny hole near
  the knot of the balloon. Then peel the deflated balloon away from the chocolate
  shells.
