🧂 Ingredients

45 ml Star of Bombay Gin
45 ml Noilly Prat
2 ml orange bitters

Instructions

1 Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice
2 Allow ice to dilute the cocktail for 30-60 seconds
3 Strain through a very fine sieve and pour into a martini glass
4 Garnish with orange peel
