🧂 Ingredients

5-6 cubes watermelon
50 ml gin
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup (Agave)
50 ml soda water
ice

Instructions

1 Chop the watermelon.
2 Add 5-6 cubes of watermelon to a cocktail shaker. Gently mash with a cocktail
muddler.
3 Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
4 Strain the drink into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
5 Top with soda water.
6 Garnish with a small watermelon wedge.
