1 lb 450g large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

1 Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
2 In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic
and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3 Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side,
until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and
set aside.
4 In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese.
Stir continuously over medium heat until the cheese melts and the sauce
thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
5 Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the Alfredo sauce until
well coated and heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, enjoy the
