4 tbsp raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp walnut oil
1 tsp chopped tarragon and parsley

Instructions

1 Boil the finely shredded zest of 3 oranges in 50 ml raspberry vinegar, add 25 ml
orange juice, 50 ml walnut oil, 5 g chopped tarragon and parsley and seasoning.
