🧂 Ingredients

2 oz white breadcrumbs
2 tbsp white wine
2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
1 tsp powdered basil leaves
1 tsp chopped parsley
10 floz olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

1 Soak 2 oz white breadcrumbs in 2 tbsp white wine, then squeeze out. Add 2 finely
chopped cloves of garlic, 1 tsp powdered basil leaves and chopped parsley.
Gradually blend in 10 floz olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
