Banana Wontons

Crispy outside with a sweet, soft inside. Serve with vanilla ice cream and
drizzle with caramel to send this dessert over the top.

Instructions

1 Preheat oil in a small to medium skillet on medium heat.
2 Mash the banana in a small bowl or plate and set aside. Combine the cinnamon
and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
3 Lay out 20 wonton wrappers and place approximately two teaspoons of mashed
banana in the center of each one. Make sure that you can close the wrapper all
the way around. If you can't, decrease the filling a little. If you can add
more filling, feel free to do so.
4 Place 3 white chocolate chips over the banana filling.
5 Repeatedly wet your finger and run it around the edge of each wrapper then fold
one corner to the opposite corner. Press around the edges to seal. You should
end up with a triangle. Repeat until all have been folded and sealed.
6 Fry the wontons in small batches until golden brown. Take out of oil and place
on a paper towel. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar while still hot.
7 Serve with ice cream and top with caramel sauce. Feel free to add nuts,
cherries, chocolate sauce, different flavors of chips, or any other topping you
think would taste good.
