🧂 Ingredients

3 English Muffins
1 cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
Pepperoni (optional)

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2 Pull the english muffins apart in half with either your fingers or using a fork.
3 Place them into the toaster oven or conventional oven until they are lightly
toasted
4 Add tomato sauce and shedded mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni slices or
additional toppings if desired.
5 Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Add parsley for garnish
(if desired) and enjoy.
