🧂 Ingredients

2 1/2 oz rum

dark or light
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz tart cherry concentrate
3 dashes bitters

Instructions

1 Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold and strain
into a glass. Serve over ice and with a splash of sparkling water if you like.
