Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350F.
2 Mix together the dough ingredients until dough forms. Place the dough on a piece
of parchment paper and form it into a circle pizza crust. Build up the
edges/crust around the pizza (almost like a stuffed crust/deep dish look). This
will help keep the filling inside the pizza.
3 Mix together the filling ingredients together until smooth. Add to the middle of
the pizza crust, spreading it out evenly.
4 Bake for 15-18 minutes until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven.
5 To make the frosting, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You want
it to be thick like cream cheese frosting. Place it in the fridge to firm up
while you wait for the pizza to cool a bit.
6 You can either drizzle the pizza after it cools or you can warm up the slices
when ready to eat and add the frosting then.
