Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflowe

Oven roasted cauliflower is crispy and flavorful as it is spiced up with garlic
and Parmesan cheese. Simple and delicious.

🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat oven to 400F (205C)
2 Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
3 Prepare cauliflower florets by washing cauliflower and separating it into
smaller florets. Don't make florets too small, as they will burn easily.
4 Allow cauliflower florets to dry prior to coating in bread crumbs.
5 In the first bowl, pour melted butter. Add garlic to butter and mix together.
6 In the second bowl, pour bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, dry herbs of choice,
and Parmesan cheese (or any shredded cheese, it will work just fine).
7 Dip individual florets into the bowl with butter, then dip it into the bowl with
bread crumbs mixture. Transfer a coated floret onto the baking sheet with
parchment paper. Continue with dipping and coating until all florets are coated.
8 Roast cauliflower florets in the oven for 25 minutes. Carefully test one floret
if it is ready: soft and crunchy.

If you have bigger pieces of cauliflower, you may want to keep them in the oven
for another 2 minutes or more. Always test for readiness prior to any increase
of cooking time.
