White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn

White chocolate peppermint popcorn is super easy to make and everyone will be

🧂 Ingredients

10 cups popped popcorn
1 cup white chocolate chips

or 8 ounces vanilla almond bark
⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
6 miniature candy canes or peppermint candies

finely crushed, about 2-3 tablespoons

1 Line a large baking tray with parchment and spread the popcorn across it.
2 Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl at 50% power, for about 1½-2
minutes, stopping and stirring every 20-30 seconds, just until it is smooth.
Stir in the peppermint extract, taking care not to add too much.
3 Drizzle the popcorn with with about ⅔ of the melted chocolate and sprinkle with
some of the crushed candy canes, stir gently.
4 Spread again across the parchment, and drizzle with the remaining melted white
chocolate and sprinkle with remaining candy cane bits if desired.
