3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour

Instructions

1 Melt coconut oil or butter in a pot.
2 Take the pot off the heat.
3 Add sugar and whisk to combine with the butter, then add cocoa powder.
4 Add vanilla, then the eggs, and whisk vigorously.
5 Finally, fold in the flour until just combined.
6 Divide batter into four mugs.
7 Microwave each mug for 30 seconds.
