Christmas Spice Mix

This Christmas spice mix is the perfect blend of cinnamon, allspice, cloves,
cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg. It smells like the holiday season, and is perfect
to add to so many things! The basic recipe makes about 3/8 cup, but it's easy to
double or triple.

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

1 In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, allspice, cloves, cardamom, ginger, and
nutmeg. Stir thoroughly to blend.
2 Store in an airtight jar or container and enjoy!
