Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce

🧂 Ingredients

• ¼ cup hot sauce
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoon butter
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

• 1 In a small bowl, add hot sauce, honey, and sugar. Stir to combine.
• 2 Add the mixture to a small pot and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
• 3 Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sugar and honey have dissolved. Remove from
  heat.
• 4 Add butter and Worcestershire. Stir until butter has melted and combined.
• 5 Put the pot back on the heat, stir in cumin and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  Simmer for 1-2 minutes, allowing the spices to blossom. Remove from heat.
• 6 Serving and enjoy 🙂
