🧂 Ingredients

3 cups Raspberries

make sure plump and not mushy
1 cup Champagne

I used Verdi, you can use vodka too
3 tablespoons sugar

I use organic golden sugar, it's less processed

Instructions

1 wash and dry 3 cups raspberries
2 Add Champagne/Verdi and Marinate in a marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours
3 Remove the mixture from freezer and lightly toss and cover the berries with 3
tablespoons of sugar and separate the berries to be individual to avoid them
from sticking together in a clump. Use a sheet pan for this step
4 Place the sheet pan in the freezer for 12 hours
5 Remove and add to a bowl of your choice right before serving
