🧂 Ingredients

16 oz. sauerkraut

drained and rinsed
8 oz. cream cheese

cubed
2 cups Swiss cheese

shredded
3 oz. deli corned beef

chopped
3 T. Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

1 Combine sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, beef and dressing in a crock
pot.
2 Cook 2 hours or until cheese is melted.
3 Keep warm on low.
4 Serve with snack rye bread or crackers.
