🧂 Ingredients

3 strawberries

halved
3 lime wedges
10 fresh mint leaves
½ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces light rum
Soda water or seltzer
Garnish: fresh mint sprig

lime wheel, strawberry

Instructions

1 In a high ball or Collins glass, muddle the strawberries, lime, mint, and syrup.
2 Add rum and ice and stir well.
3 Fill the remaining glass with soda water.
4 Garnish with a mint sprig, lime, and strawberry.
